Your duties:

1. Customer Service: keep in close touch with customer and follow up their requests on time.

2. Booking: book from booking department according to the different transport programs, tracing the whole process of cargo shipping until delivery. 

3. Fees Settlement: timely provide expense list and trace recognition of expense timely to ensure that the settlement is in line with contract terms. 

 

Your profile:

1. Undergraduate or above in logistics, international trade, English and other relevant majors. Good Command of written and spoken English, CET 6 at least.

2. Proficiency in computer operations and skillful in Office software usage.

3. Working experience in freight carrier will be a plus.

4. Principled, disciplined, with a strong sense of responsibility, dedication and hard-working.

5. Do solid work and can work under pressure.

6. Integrated, dedicated and ethical.

7. Good team work, good communication and presentation skills.

8. Be proactive in accepting work assignments and can quickly follow up requests from customers.

Your duties:

1. Maintain existing customers and expand new customers, especially foreign customers.

2. Pinpoint customers’ needs and provide best solution.

3. Trace the progress of customers’ solutions and ensure the communication between customers and the rest of the company.

4. Actively learn the standard operation procedure of international railway freight forwarding business.

5. Follow up and control accounts receivable.

6. Provide assistance to all other departments to establish standard operation procedure.

 

Your profile:

1. Good appearance and temperament and between the ages of 28-40.

2. Full-time graduate, 3 - 5 years working experience in the freight forwarding industry is preferred.

3. Good Command of both written and spoken English.

4. Can travel frequently and drive skillfully.

5. Good teamwork ability.

6. Skillful in Office software usage.
